Healing the Whole is the blog I began when my marriage ended and I realised I had neglected the needs of my heart for so long it was screaming. I masking my emptiness with busyness but I knew filling my life wouldn’t fill the void. I began a journey to bring balance to my life by managing the needs of mind, body, and heart which continues today ….

The OK Cafe is a podcast I recorded with an iPhone at home in 2018 which turned out to be a particularly difficult year after forming my first relationship since my divorce in 2017 and subsequently having my heart broken the following year. The sound quality is a little poor so transcripts have been included.

The Superhero I was Born to Be is the book I published in 2017 bringing together a collection of writing from finishing counselling after almost a decade and understanding how to apply the tools and techniques learnt in a ‘safe space’ into the everyday pressures of the real world.
